H & M Wheeler Ltd was established in 2013 to combine the Project Management expertise of Helene Wheeler with the 'hands on' build and installation experience of Mark Wheeler. We  have a team of skilled people we work with including Stephen Foster of Project Done - Expert in large chassis dynamometer installations, David Corbett - qualified Electrician, Ty Cochlin - Mechanical build specialist (dynamometers), James Hickey - Mechanical build specialist (powder coating booths) & Matt Jordan - Engineer & Fitter. 



Helene Wheeler is a highly skilled Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer and Manufacturing Executive who has over twenty years experience in managing large complex Projects. She has worked for Engineering Companies in India, UK and USA and is now available on a freelance basis to automotive, aerospace and material handling industries in the UK and overseas.

Key Projects include:

Managing the design, build and installation of 14 new test cells at Changan, Solihull for Sierra CP

Setting up manufacturing and low cost supply chain in India for AG Dynamometers for Froude Hofmann Ltd

Managing a team of 6 people as Head of Projects for Froude Hofmann ltd for 6 years. During this time she managed hundreds of design, build, installation and commissioning projects for dynamometers and engine test cells all over the world.

Managing the design and build of a $4 million low speed dynamometer for a San Francisco based customer which involved working closely with a Chinese supplier where the machine was built.

Site Manager for 9 months at the Port of Los Angeles for the construction of a petroleum coke handling facility. This was for Roberts & Schaefer based out of Salt lake city. The project cost a total of $7 million and involved working with LA Planning Dept, concrete suppliers, steelwork crews (both union and non-union) and many other Contractors as well as the designers in Salt lake city.

Site Engineer for 6 months in Egypt for the MIDTAP Project at Port of El-Dekheila. This was while working for Soros Associates based out of Chicago. Soros together with its Egyptian joint venture partner, ENPPI, designed the new liquid and bulk loading terminal, selected all suppliers and contractors and Helene's role was to coordinate all activities on site.

Mark Wheeler is an installation engineer who has been self employed since 1988; learning the trade working on numerous sites around the world working on test cell installations, powder coating plants, dynomometer and chassis dynamometer installations.

He has also been involved in various shut down works on incineration plants and foundries.

Mark does not have one specialized field of work instead he can adapt his vast skills and knowledge to whatever is required of him. This has proved to be cost effective to many companies who would otherwise have to employ the services of many tradesmen.
